Default Problems viewing CSS
I use Firefox 2.0 and I've been experiencing the following:
-"CarSpyShots.net" banner does not load
-clicking "Quick Reply" does nothing (and my pop-up blocker was turned off)
-a lot of the smileys don't show up in the reply page
The same is happening when I view with IE7, and I've restarted my computer too. Anyone else experiencing this?

Try uninstall IE and Rirefox then start again, see if it makes a difference.

WCF and these forums have nothing in common, different servers and companies. hmm i think u need javascript turned on for the quick reply to work

Depending on your system try this,
Go to Start-> Control Panel-> Internet Options
Click on "Secuirty" tab. "Internet" should be highlighted. Click on "Custom Level" then reset to: "Medium" and press "Reset".
Go to "Advanced" tab and click "Restore Defaults". Go to "Privacy" tab and Cookie setting should be at "Medium" now. Click OK and load FireFox.
Try this out with firewall off and any spyware control software.
I think what's happening is your browser isn't loading info from other websites than the one your at. Some of the smilies are from germancarfans.com which shares the same server as CSS while other smilies are from something like ratedesi.com. The banner can come from sources like google & company.
