Default Who Here Hates Privacy?
Congress Sure Does.

Internet providers would be forced to keep logs of their customers' activities for one year--in case police want to review them in the future--under legislation that a U.S. House of Representatives committee approved today. http://news.cnet.com/8301-31921_3-20...snooping-bill/

It's getting small enough to crawl into your bedroom!

Its not the my privacy I am concerned about, it is about what can be done to all the knowledge about me.

We see hacks occur all around us, I don''t want to have my data be open on the street.

I do not like to hand over my DNA , unless I am a serious suspect of crime, so I can prove my innocense. Same goes for my financial life and lifestyle.

Hahaha yup and I'm sure they're able to flip on your smartphone camera and/or mic anytime they want too.

Definitely bullshit... Required to keep credit card info, bank account info, etc is way beyond acceptable. None of it's really acceptable.

Really?

And when the same democrats introduce the same bill under the title: "intellectual property protection act", will you say "democrats are the worst".

Seriously... My cynicism has transcended party lines long ago.

Yeah, all politicians suck. Some just suck more than others.

Yeah I will.
Right.

You mean the PROTECT IP act?
http://news.cnet.com/8301-13578_3-20062419-38.html

Or perhaps the Combating Online Infringement and Counterfeits Act?
http://www.rawstory.com/rs/2010/11/i...shed-congress/

Or maybe these moves to reduce privacy and institute internet surveillance?

http://www.theregister.co.uk/2010/02..._dot_0_policy/
http://www.wired.com/threatlevel/200...ng-overturned/

And that was just the stuff I could remember clearly... imagine if I did so much as a google search.

Obama's got you searching for Republican evilness (as the Rush Limbaugh crowd is prompted to do the same) while the same exact people actually run the ball, with the same exact ideas.

It's lame, and you bought into it.

Yeah, because me saying Republicans are bad totally means that Democrats are great. Congratulations, you implied something I never said.
