Default Furniture
I hate buying furniture but I'm going to have to give in and get some new stuff. I'm looking for a bedroom set that has a wardrobe, bookcase, tv stand built in with spaces for surround speakers and other peripheral boxes. Anyone got any ideas? I'd prefer something slightly more bespoke than IKEA, but I don't want to be paying for hand-crafted green oak.

I think http://www.thebedwarehousedirect.com are quite good to easily find matched sets.

I quite like the look of stuff at dwell.co.uk and John lewis as well. Probably not a world away from Ikea though.

Have a look at http://www.dreams.co.uk/. They do beds, furniture etc. I'm buying my new bed frame from there soon.

Spend the extra money to buy high quality furniture now. Cannot tell you how many times I had my cheap furniture fall apart in college.

I wouldn't go for something that is too cheap. Its usually a touch more, but get some stuff with lifetime warranty.

Though those closeout places always have fantastic deals and always have some nice stuff. We have a place that is open only on the weekend, and each weekend they have new inventory that is dirt cheap. Better quality than like Rooms to Go and Ikea, cheaper as well.
Look around and see if there is a furniture place going out of business.

Ikea looks nice in the stores, but once you get it home they fall apart. My brother's wife was all into Ikea and they quickly found out that a lot of Ikea stuff doesn't last long, especially with kids and moving a lot.

I once owned a wardrobe whose rear panel fell off every time I shut the door.

I found some furniture but it's far too expensive.

Nothing says I am awesome more than a hand crafted wooden bondage bed.

Bet you wish you hadn't bought that watch now.

I'll wear the watch in the bed. That's how I roll.
