Without Alec Baldwin it would be mediocre, I'm not completely sold on it, worth a watch though.

I'd recommend watching it. It's mostly chuckle-inside kind of humor but there are some really LOL moments.

Meh, too ridiculous and full of caricatures rather than real people as far as I'm concerned. Not my cup of tee.

Going downhill, but still worth watching. Seasons 1 & 2 were excellent and Season 3 had perhaps the best episode ever ("The Funcooker") plus one of the other best episodes ever ("Reunion").

Seasons 4 and 5 have been consistently less funny, although it's fun seeing Matt Damon and Elizabeth Banks.

True, still worth checking out 30 rock. esp early seasons.
