Ok, so my best friend said that she has been unhappy in her marriage over the past year now. In April she starting doing her husbands best friend and went crazy over him. She acted obsessed with him and even ended up getting preganant and having an abortion all in a matter of 4 months. She would threaten to tell his girlfriend that he was cheating on her. Somehow it ended thank God at the end of July.

She continued to be unhappy with her husband but they were going to marriage counciling and working on it. About a month ago, she found out her husband had been talking to some girl he dealed with through work and eventlly he admited to having an affair. She kicked him out of the house on the sunday she found out and the later took some pills (not a letal dose). Her husband came back to the house for some reason and she told him what she had done. He told her just to go to sleep but later found a letter to their daugther (i guess a suicide note of some kind) so he called 911. They took her to the hosipital and nothing happened. She got out the same night and continued to fight with her husband over his affair.

2 weeks ago she had been hanging out with her friend which is the ex wife of her husbands best friend, the guy she was doing. Telling her how her husband was a cheater, she didnt know what she was going to go.
She dropped her kid off with friend, told her she was going to run some errands and went ant took 8 xanax( however you spell that) called her friend on the phone and told her what she had done and that she was at a gas station.

Friend went and picked her up and took her to hospital. the sent her to the crazy hospital for 2 days and she was out.
She stayed at her parents a couple of days but now is back at home with husband. Toda, she made him go buy a new car because he screwed that girl in the car. ....My friend has never admitted to cheater on her husband to him and his totally making him feel guilty for what he did. She is dragging every single thing out and blowing up at everyrhing. Her husband has no clue and is taking this crap from her when she is just as guilty.

What to do? Do you tell her husband? Do you let hime just get his ass kicked every day? Do you not say anything because my friend might try to kill herself again and this time she actullay dies? This is so hard to her talk about her husband and how he lied to her and how could he do that to her.. She never ever breathes a word of her affair or her mistakes....
