Wheres the cheese?
I hate cheese on my burger when there's mayo, and I already had mayo there when I realized I wanted some cheese on it too. [cursing]
mayo + cheese = bad

Last night I made a double cheeseburger with thick slabs of monterey jack and cheddar cheese and lettuce. No tomato, so ketchup had to do. Soooooooo good though.

dude... That looks delicious !

[thumbup]
I concur. Add some tomato and maybe some fresh onion, and I'd be even happier with one of those.

I actually wouldn't mind a toasted Italian BMT with provolone, lettuce, tomato, onion, green pepper, olives, oil and vinegar. Maybe I ought to go out for lunch tomorrow. [yes]

Here's some recipes of mine-

CPU Polizei's Stir-Fry

Cooking Items Needed: Wok or Pan, Standard Pot, Spatula, Silverware, Strainer.

Food Needed: Frozen Vegetables - carrots, peas, green beans, corn. Fresh Broccoli. Chicken Breasts or Supreme Lean Ground Beef. Whole Wheat Pasta. Minced Garlic (pre-made in a refridgerated container), onion powder, canola oil, sesame oil, coriander, soy sauce, salt & pepper.

How to Cook (time: 20 min) (1 serving)

First, boil water in a pot with Pasta in it (if you want to save time). Add a tablespoon of salt.

Second, chop up chicken breasts or ground beef, and start heating the pan on slightly past medium (6.5/10 on electric). Grease pan with canola oil to make sure nothing sticks.

When pasta and water begin boiling, your pan should be about ready to start cooking on. Toss on chicken or beef, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, a splash of sesame oil, a double-splash of soy sauce, a dash of salt & pepper, a dash of onion powder. Stir-Fry chicken for about 5-8 minutes or until medium brown. Make sure to flip or stir the chicken regularly.

Watch the pasta, when it is finished put it in the strainer. Keep the pot handy. When the chicken gets to the point listed above, dump the chicken and the juices into the now empty pasta pot.

Take a handful of each vegetable listed in the ingredients above, throw in the pan where the chicken was along with a splash of canola oil and a dash of salt & pepper. Stir fry heavily for 2 minutes (and cover with a pot or pan lid for a portion of the time to steam the broccoli).

Dump the chicken from the pot back into the pan and mix in with the vegetables. Add a small dash of coriander. Stir Fry for another 3 minutes.

Put pasta on plate neatly, then elegantly spread the meat and vegetables over the pasta. It's a great dish, and if you want to change the taste up a bit you can heat up some marinara sauce and pour this over the stir fry to give it a more Italian taste.

CPU Polizei's Barbecue Chicken with Carrots and Green Beans

Serves: 2
Cooking Time: 30 min for marinade, about 30-40 minutes total cooking time.

Items you'll need-

2 Chicken Breasts
4 Carrots (Peeled and Chopped into 4ths)
1/4 Bag of Green Beans
Salt
Pepper
Onion Powder
Soy Sauce
Butter
Cooking Oil
Saz's Barbecue Sauce
Frank's Red Hot Sauce
Skillet
Cooking Sheet
Spatula, basting brush, utensils, etc
Cooking Pot
Ziplock Bags

First thing you'll need to do is prepare the marinade. Take your whole chicken breasts and put each of them in their own ziplock bag. Pour about 1/3 of the bottle of Saz's BBQ sauce in each bag, about a tablespoon of onion powder, two large swigs of soy sauce, roughly 20 drops of Frank's Red Hot Sauce, a few good shakes of salt and pepper. Once you have all the marinade ingredients in, seal the bag and push the chicken around vigorously with your fingers until the bag and the chicken is saturated evenly with all the ingredients. Leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

When the chicken is close to 30 minutes, set your oven to pre-heat to 400 degrees. Take your skillet, toss some oil in it, and warm the pan to medium-high. While the pan is warming and the oven is pre-heating, take your chicken out of the marinade bags and cut into 1/2 inch strips, leaving a little marinade in each bag. Once the pan is warm, toss the strips into the pan and fry the chicken until brown (let it sit for a while in the pan, then begin tossing every minute or so). When the chicken has browned, place it on the cooking sheet along with the carrots. Take your marinade bags and drizzle the remaining marinade on top of the chicken and carrots. Baste the marinade evenly over both. Place the cooking sheet in the oven and set the timer for 15 minutes.

Boil water in your cooking pot, pour a generous amount of salt in with the water. When the water is boiling, put in your green beans and cook until the oven timer goes off.

When the timer goes off, drain the beans and take your cooking sheet out of the oven. Serve on a plate and add a smidge of butter to the green beans for taste.

CPU Polizei's Pesto Pasta on the Go

Serves: 4

Ingredients:

1 1/2 boxes of Ziti or Mostacholi
1/2 jar of Classico Pesto Sauce
1 Knob of Butter
Half a bag of Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 jar of Prego Meat Sauce
Salt
Olive Oil (optional)
French Bread (optional)
Cucumbers (optional)
Cooking Pot
Strainer

This one's real basic, boil a full pot of water and add a generous amount of salt. Once it's boiling put the pasta in and cook for about 12-13 minutes or until tender. Stir occasionally.

When the pasta is cooked, drain the water with the strainer and put the pasta back in the pot. Put in your 1/2 jar of pesto sauce, your knob of butter, and your 1/4 jar of prego meat sauce. Stir the mix well until the pasta is evenly coated and the butter melts. Serve on a plate, sprinkle with mozzarella, and if you'd like you can drizzle a small amount of olive oil on top for added flavor. Serving with warm french bread or vegetables is also a nice touch.

Hmmm.... What I have eaten today?

A Little Debbie snake. Small bowl of chill. A granola bar.

Think I will be heading to the fridge right now. Been working on my computer sense about 6pm. Now 7hrs later. (got a new SSD and 1.5TB HDD) Been moving a lot of files around (organizing!) and sifting through my photos.

Yeah, they traditionally go together. Like mint and lamb, turkey and cranberry (or redcurrant sometimes), beef and horseraddish.
