I have a Giant Warp DS2 that i bought in 1998, the rear shock is now very "stictiony"( Its an RST 22).

I have been looking for something to replace it but most of the shocks seem to be air not spring now.

Ive been looking at the Fox Vanilla for about $AUD 90 shipped, seems to be the only coil one I can find on ebay that is the length I need.

Can any one suggest a suitable replacement that has a 165mm or 6.5 inch eye to eye length? Id rather Coil over air as Ive read that coil is smoother and air seems to me higher maintainence.
I dont do much riding and the highest drop I ever do is over a roadside curb.
