They'd probably abandon traditional rectangular aspect ratios in favour of a circular broadcast that would force all viewers to purchase Apple's new iRound display. The standard iRound has a 36" diameter, while the smaller, iRound Mini is a 22" model. All iRounds come in white, require a 3-year broadcast subscription (although current programming is limited to a single channel), and require additional adapters in order to be plugged into traditional power outlets. iRounds are extremely susceptible to vibrations, therefore it is not recommended that consumers hang them from the wall or place them on non-Apple approved display stands. Vibrations or iWaves, as they are known by Apple scientists, can cause the iRound to suddenly turn off or rewrite its existing BIOS*. All iRound warranties are therefore voided if the customer does not purchase and use the iStand; Apple's approved furniture display unit.

*at this time, Apple cannot reveal why a display unit would require its own BIOS, however, this does not absolve the consumer from the responsibility of protecting the integrity of the iRound's BIOS at all times.

/shakes head.

I was looking forward to mocking Apple over this, but now I find it's just a cunning ruse by our local wag OHP.
