Default hmmm.... when orders go wrong.....
well, I ordered a ski jacket and a fleece from amazon... and some how the order got messed up and Ive ended up with 3 ski jackets and 2 fleeces.....

I did originally order one large and one extra large to size them up but I now have 2 large jackets with fleeces and an extra large jacket.....

now I'd normally go apeshit but they seem to have only charged me for one jacket and one fleece...

LOL

now cos im a honest man Ive contacted them but they haven't gotten back to me

You didn't take them yourself. Not saying what your doing is bad, it is honest for sure, but this is a company error in your favor. They need better employees is what they need.
How much is the value of items you did not order. Honestly for me, i would very if I would tell or not.

If you went to Taco Bell and was given an extra burrito that you did not order, what would you do? Would you eat it or notify them?
Usually when something like this happens 100% that I know of through experience and friends, they let you keep it. Not Just the taco bell example FYI.

burritos are perishable... i shouldnt think the jackets and fleece will be unusable after a couple of days

Amazon error in your favour collect 3 jackets and 2 fleeces.

I think you did the right thing. Here's hoping they allow you to keep them.

I bought some book ends on eBay. They sent me two pairs by mistake. I emailed them about it, they replied with a question, I emailed back with a response and I've heard nothing since - I guess I get to keep them.
