Start at the point of the next generation, they are the future and the best way to correct the course of the country.
First things would be to enforce the speaking of the 'Queens english', this would then become a common denominator and could no longer be a barrier in communication with peers or an excuse for not understanding our cultural values.
Second thing promote the fact we are a 'Church of England' orientated country which would mean that the national holidays would be based around such and any minority should not complain when they place their children in a main stream school as this is what would be practice if you dont like it put your child in a private school that suits your needs.
Third i would encourage the practice of religious worship as it helps with moral teaching, i would also make children have classes based on patriotism and encourage the flying of the britsh flag at every main stream school!
The teachings would encourage children to see servicemen in a reviered light as heroes for the sacrifices they have made to queen and country, also anyone who does the full 22 years service would be granted they live tax free on the rest of their earnings there after.
Fourth prison would change alot! For minor offences i would conscript the young into the army for national service (yes national service would be back on the menu) i would re introduce hard labour and export convicts to war torn areas on the world and places of national disaster to help rebuild, feed and care for the homless, starving and sick.
They may appreicate what they got home a bit more, plus the cost of the prisoners could be off set by such organisations as the UN and Red cross.
Fifth as just mentioned national service would be brought back and any one who wants an english passport has to do such, all asylum seekers would have to do so as well if they want to stay.
Sixth parliment would have to be dissolved and reformed, and thats where you deal with the toffy nosed bastards you dont like would be getting the boot if they dont comply,
