I call tissue Kleenex
I call soda's Cokes
I call quick drying adhesives Super Glue

off the top of my head that is what i can think of...

i guess this will be very country specific.

Tipp-Ex is called White Out or Liquid Paper (top 2 brands) in the US, but almost never correction fluid

Scotch tape (a brand) over here is a lesser sticky type tape compared to selotape (another brand, but its sticky back plastic)

Tipp-Ex is correction fluid

Blu-Tack is blue re-usable gum to stick items on walls like photos and posters etc.

Blu-Tack - blue sticky stuff, a bit like plasticine, that you can use to stick stuff up

I think Selotape is the stand out one. I'm pretty sure a lot of people don't even realise it's a brand name.

Not originally a brand name, but anyway: Jeep.

Ziploc Bags
Velcro
Aspirine

For my grandmother all sewing machines were Singers. [yes]

Most of the common modern materials used are originally brand names: NyLon, Teflon, Bakelite.
