We do 2 minutes here, but they must be the fastest minutes ever. ![]() |

Slightly more World War Oney...and Frenchy. Yeah 2 minutes here too. Sadly some people in the office show no want to pay respects to those that died, one even deliberately played music during this time to annoy others. |

So, at what point will we no longer need to remember this day, at least in a moment of silence type of way? It has been, what...90+ years? that would put anyone who fought in it at the age of 105-110, minimum. Don't get me wrong, i understand the purpose, but just like the US doesn't take a moment of silence to specifically remember those that died in the civil war (a war ~60 years earlier).
Just wondering. |

I tried to do my minute silence here in Japan - no one really noticed me though. |

I tried to do my minute silence here in Japan - no one really noticed me though. Hope everyone had a nice day yesterday. Was sunny and surprisingly warm for this time of year. Our ceremony was very nice and am happy to say I did not screw up the Last Post. ![]() |
