Is throwing a snowball assault Bungle?
well when I was at school the ****ers would put stones in them.

but If someone threw a snowball at me I would return the favor.

Unless the ****er put a stone in it then I would slap the little git [yes]

LOL.

Splashing a puddle into someone is assault? LOL. I bet winter times a ball with you around.
You make it sound like is was just a few drops.

"PUT THAT SNOWBALL DOWN, DO YOU WANT TO GET ARRESTED FOR ATTEMPTED MURDER?" How did you get from assault to attempted murder?

It was part of the joke, implying you'd find throwing a snowball is worse of an offense than splashing a puddle. *Sigh*

Regardless, doesn't matter that it was quite a lot of water, when it comes down to it. It's water.

Water.

The two commandments:
1. Thou shalt not splash puddles.
2. Thou shalt see hedgehogs

A 14-year-old Annapolis boy was arrested and charged with assault after throwing a snowball that hit a girl in the face, city police said. They said the girl and her friends had told him to stop throwing at them. http://cbs4denver.com/local/Thistlet....2.604222.html
Andrew Thistleton, 21, is charged with third-degree assault and harassment after allegedly throwing the snowball at Michelle Oehlert on Feb. 4 near the employee housing complex.

Technically, yes. But it's hardly the same thing as completely drenching someone so that they probably have to return home to dry off and change their clothes.
So the hassle of 'drying off' and changing your clothes makes it a far more serious offence, nae an offence that definitely merits assault yes?

If you throw a snowball at someone there's usually no damage, certainly not like if they get drenched by some prat in a car. You people are the problem with society today; only interested in what you want and sod everybody else! I can tell you this, if you deliberately splashed me like in the video with your car and I could identify you there'd be trouble.

How do you know if there's more incidents per 1000 snowballs thrown or 1000 puddles splashed? I'd have thought that throwing a snowball was more dangerous (especially since they are often thrown as ice balls more than snowballs), I scarred by friends eyelid with one years ago by accident when we were younger.

Edit - For what it matters I think the video was funny but out of order (potentially dangerous).

HAHAHAHA!! So awesome.

I was lucky enough to do that to someone once. Me and a friend laughed so hard for hours after that. It was only one dude, and it was just a lucky coincidence. Not premeditated, like this video.
