Ok, so they're CLEARLY aware that I paid for the No-Wait option. That option means, and I quote directly from OCZ, that it will be "mailed within 5-7 business days". I wasn't aware that 5-7 business days was actually 2-4 weeks.

Well, then, let's just add OCZ to the list of **** companies that we want to go under.

Where would you put them, buddy? Before or after Sprint?

Post this on OCZ's forum. Their customer support is excellent if you go directly to them.

After Sprint. Sprint sucks. OCZ would be near the bottom of the list. There are quite a few companies I wouldn't mind seeing go under.

I hate when they do the credit card thing. Asus does it now too =\. I like it when it was a check.

It amazes me that people still do business with OCZ! Does nobody remeber the Mr. N RAM debacle?

Oh we remember. Thankfully OCZ is a different company now. Their rebate procedures do suck the fat one, but if you actually contact them via their forum (or even post a bad review on Newegg) they will work with you to fix things.

I have no love for the old OCZ, but the new OCZ has won me over.

I got burned by old OCZ and never gave them another chance.

Still to this very day (old and new OCZ) does not impress me. Yes, they do have exceptional customer service.... The problem? I've had to use it far too much. Every product I've purchased from them has a problem. From defective memory to defective power supplies. They have always made it right in the end but it just got to a point where I couldn't comfortably make a purchase from them because I knew something would be wrong with it.

Their customer service is amazing. My out of warrenty 700 Watt GameXtream went pop and they replaced it for the cost of postage with an 850 watt (I think) PC power and cooling dealie, complete with 5 year warrenty.[xmascandle]

Their product support is good, but yeah they often do have issues with their stuff. I have an OCZ vertex and i think that baring Intel, OCZ had the best supported product at the time, which is quite a feat considering how much smaller they are than Intel.
