Wanting to loose a-bit of body weight so a couple of months ago i took up running. Going from being completely unfit where I could only run for around 5mins before having to walk again to today where i've just finished 4 miles in 37mins, I think I've improved pretty good.
Anyway, I seem to be stuck at around the 30-40min mark of constant running before I have to stop. Anyone got any tips? I want to be able to push it to around an hour of good quality running. Maybe I just need more training. |
