Default Any new sci-fi shows worth watching?
I need to start watching some new series. Can people recommend me any good sci fi ones?

Shows I've seen and enjoyed:

BSG
Firefly
Jericho
Jeremiah [thumbup]
Lost [yawn]

Anything on the horizon and recent that's similar to these shows?

Recommend me.

Never even heard of this but its wiki says its by the creator of Babylon 5 so i must check it out.
Even though the first season of Bab 5 started slow i feel its a must watch for sci-fi fans.

And?

I never liked Star Trek- Deep Space Nine or Star Trek- Enterprise. But Star Trek- Voyager is one of my favorite series.

I say watch a few episodes after it comes out before you judge if you are going to like it or hate it.

I've found Warehouse 13 is pretty good. The first few episodes were a bit basic, but it's getting better in the later episodes.

It's not exactly epic stuff, but it is mildly amusing at times. I'd give it similar ratings to Eureka.

Fringe is one of our favorites, but I agree that there were a couple episodes that were odd, which I suppose fits well with the idea of fringe science.

Star Wars: The Clone Wars will be back next month.

And you should try Farscape if you haven't seen it yet.

I'm really starting to like True Blood on HBO. It's about a world where vampires expose that they've been living among humans in secret but now that scientists have perfected synthetic blood (Tru Blood) some vampires have started to "mainstream" and live a human life once again...

That and the chick that played Rouge in X-Men is the main character, and you get to see her tits like every episode... It's pretty rad... [rofl] The second season (from what I've seen so far) is just like softcore porn, but there's the occasional vampire.

If that doesn't excite you enough, let me quote a line from the first (or second) episode.

"Nothing better than a virgin's blood... Oh except for baby! Man, gets me all hard thinking about it!"

Sold...

It's ubah! Really great atmosphere but they cancelled before they could finish completely :/

Try a show called Defying Gravity.
Nice, going to check it out.

Oh yeah! It's better than I thought and it's great expanded universe [thumbup]
