okay well for me it comes and goes and there seems to be no pattern and no relation to my health or work load.
right now i am low on it! what do you do to get yourself going again? sometimes i trick myself into overcoming mental obstacles, when climbing for example. but with motivation it doesn't work. here are a few things that don't work for me responsibilities - rent family etc rewards - i usually reward first work after! and usually skip the work ![]() writing down everything i have to do breaking down work into smaller bits helps im designing a stadium roof at the moment, it's iterative work and has become soul destroying. help me, i'm six weeks from finishing my masters[help] |

I'm not exactly sure if you can apply this, but for jiujitsu and workouts, I try to look up videos. Those videos are of elite performers in their respective categories, helps to inspire and give me goals. Of course I won't ever be a world class strongman or bodybuilder or wrestler, but setting the bar high helps me to push myself harder.

really? It just makes me want to eat and watch tv. Is that what you use it to motivate you to do? fear does not motivate me in a constructive way, because i get stresses out. i know what you mean about the videos but i think it applies to sport more. |
