Default Need some assistance...
Hi guys, i'm hoping you might be able to help me with a problem i'm having RE: domain hosting from Weycrest (http://www.weycrest.co.uk).

I have a number of domains/hosting packages with these guys, which im trying to arrange to be cancelled, but I am finding it *extremely* difficult to get in contact with them.

I have emailed, phoned, opened up support tickets on the site, on the billing system, on the hosting cpanel/plesk system, everywhere I can think of, and I have had zero response from them in the last 2 weeks. The phone system is just constantly on voicemail, I never receive a call back after leaving my details 3-4 times.

Could you guys point me in the right direction to contact them? Last resort is snailmail, but I feel that would be a pointless waste of time...
