Default Best companies (UK) for RMA support
After getting royally pissed off with Overclockers UK, what other companies are their online that offer good prices, customer service, and good RMA support??

Ebuyer - 2 RMAs with them, went off so smoothly, they try to guarantee a 3 day turn around on receipt of the RMA and they did for me.

Scan.co.uk - never dealt with their RMA service, but they have a support forum over at Hexus with active staff and they seem to bend over backwards to help people.

Those are the 2 retailers I use almost exclusively for components in general

For cooling specific products - thecoolingshop and chilledpc.co.uk

QFT.
Ebuyer and Scan. Everything else I've tried was crap.

I've had good and bad experiences with most online stores in the UK, none of them are perfect.

There all the same, but I do avoid ebuyer and scan, ebuyer refused to take back a faulty PSU just week after purchase even after I showed them notes from a conversation with the manufacture who agreed it was faulty, and this is after spending a few grand with them on hardware over the previous year, loyalty rewarded.

Scans RMA service is pants, they left my graphics card in storage for two weeks and only shipped it for testing because I kept calling them and they never once said sorry for the delay when it was blatantly there fault.

Once you realize there all the same you just buy from whoever because it really makes no difference.

As crazy as it sounds, I have never had a problem returning anything to PC World, faulty or not!! They always offer to exchange for another, refund, or exchange its value towards another product.[thumbup]

Only a matter of time, but it's slightly different at retail stores as they have to deal with you in person I guess.

I use scan quite a bit but one time I canceled a huge order due to them having a 4 day backlog of orders.

It took over a month to get £400+ back off them, must have called them 8 times biggest bunch of retards ever [cursing]

Was a few years ago mind but still was still my worst online experience.
