What an idiot. Splashes petrol around and lights it whilst still in the immediate vicinity, gets into a car whilst on fire and then leaves evidence at the scene of the crime.

And he didn't even give the names of his accomplices in return for a plea bargain! Y'know, I'm starting to think that this gentleman might be, as the French would say, 'un petit retardé'.
