I'm trying to find a recipe for Laap Ped (its a Thai dish with ground duck).

For some reason google is failing me. I can find a few blog entries referring to this dish, but not actual recipe. Managed to find one for Laap Muu (pork), but thats not the same.

Can anyone succeed where I failed? Trust me, its a VERY tasty dish as well (had it in a Thai restaurant in Antwerp a couple of days ago, and I want to try and reproduce it).

Just made it for dinner tonight

Worked very well, and tasted great, although I think I might have overdone the chillies [help][rofl]
