Recording phone calls... Need a cheap VoIP svc & Software

Anyone know a service like skype that doesn't cost money, or maybe has a very small monthly fee for like 100 minutes per month?

I COULD get one of those lil devices you plug into your phone line and hook a tape recorder to, but I'd rather use some sort of VoIP style of product I can use from my PC. Much more comfortable with my PC headset and MIC. It would make recording and storing calls a lot easier too.

What's some decent software (free or cheap/demo) for sound recording on PC? I have that nero wave studio thingy somewhere. But I hate nero and quit using that.. such a waste of my money and it constantly crashed on me (the wave studio that is). The burning part was slow and the interface was clunky, so I moved to imgburn which is so much better and free too.

I'd like to be able to save my audio output and input seperately as well.

And no, this isn't for prank calling. :P Altho that's a good idea...

You can't use your mobile phone?

I was looking into that, but I can't find anything on my W580i for recording a phone conversation. Maybe I'm just missing it.

Doh, I think I found it. Altho still doesn't solve my issue of wanting to be able to seperate input from output. Not a huge deal tho.

Add a navigation-shortcut to "record sound".
It should be under entertainment.
Then press the button while calling
