How easy is it to upgrade a macbook's memory?

I only ask because you can buy 2gig from ocuk for £23 yet from apple an extra gig is £56?

Also is the memory specified on ocuk fine? Or do I need more specialist stuff?

EDIT: Found some vids on youtube so I think i'll order with the least ram and do it myself.

Im using 2x Mushkin 2gb sticks on my macbook, havent encounter any problem
