my internet is working 1 min on, 1 min off - DiscussWorldIssues - Socio-Economic Religion and Political Uncensored Debate

no idea why this is, but for the last week my internet is only loading sites for about a min, loads nothing for another min, then starts loading again, over and over.
im on sky broadband, using my macbook on wireless.
ive just tried using an ethernet cable and ive still got the problem so no idea what to do now, anyone got any ideas?
i had assumed it was the wireless but not sure

bump, this is really pissing me off.
my xbox seems to be working ok when using the market place....grrr lol
