Head.

Simple, non-unique passwords for forums etc, complicated unique passwords for places containing sensitive information. I also have different pin numbers for all of my cards which I change on a monthly basis.

Me too
I use a simple pass for most forums etc, too much of a hassle to remember them all.

I use "asd" or "asdf" for anything I don't care about Then I have a set general password, I add numbers to it depending on the site, so no numbers for email/forum, numbers for ebay. Then for really important stuff I repeat the pass with even more numbers. Easy to remember. [thumbup]

Work has a diff base password with same variations.

I use the student identification number i got in college for most passwords

Before that i used to use random things written around me that would always be there for a sufficient amount of time, for example years ago when i had an iiyama monitor i used iiyama1 as my most used password
