I play WoW at home and work on a PC at work. And lately I have been getting what feels like a heavy head and eye strain after long periods of being on my home PC. Don't think this is happening at work so I'm thinking its not something do to with long viewing of PC screens (which is something I have done my whole life).
Stuff thats changed with home setup: 1. Using 42" HDTC as main display (note have had this for some time and this is a new problem). 2. Using 50htz instead of 60htz in desktop and games (thinking this may be an issue). 3. Having TV playing next to monitor while surfing more. Other stuff: - I sit only a few feet away from the screen by neccesity - Have had none perfect vision for a long time, but it hasn't caused many problems in the past. Basically wondering what I could believably alter to try and fix this, the screen is my main display and needs to remain so as there isn't an alternative, besides, would rather not give it up as it really is amazing at what it does. Considering getting eyes tested to tbh, perhaps its simply time I needed glasses, even though imo they aren't practicle as you always end up relying on them in the end... |
