Does this site use some kind of program like java?
 

My sister is having problems accessing snapfish. This is the only page she has problems accessing. Any ideas what it might be? She says she can sometimes access the page, but when she logs in it will give a "page cannot be displayed" error. Any general ideas on what to look for when I go over to her place tomorrow?
