 Problem Selling On Amazon...
I recently sold something on amazon which i've got the payment for and it on it's way to my bank account. I posted it off the next day and the buyer received it the following, but just emailed me to say that he never ordered it....
Can i charge him now for delivery costs each way now as i sent him the item next day and exactly as listed, does that seem fair? |

Do you mean that you sent him something other than that which he ordered, or that he didn't order anything from you at all?

No, he ordered the item and i sent him it via next day courier. He's got it now but he's saying he didn't make the order, yet i have the order number for it and the money.
