OK I loved BB total access...like a dream, perfect for me with the free in store game rental, option for online or store, etc...
but the past two weeks have been jacked. Nothing has shipped, nada...nothing but canned responses from customer service. I have 30 titles in my queue and they say I should have 30 available in my queue for uninterrupted service. Never mind I never had to before, never mind that it has been TWO WEEKS. On digg and a few places are rumblings of a technical problem and some compensations/free coupons. I haven't seen anything yet...I am pissed. If I don't get something good in the way of an explanation with a resolution I am done with BB forever, back to Netflix. I can say that if you use mostly online, HD-DVD or BD rentals, BB is a big step down. The game rental and returning instore for a free rental makes it great, but even that isn't enough with this botched crap. |
