Default Buying an Album off French Site
The album in this link was only released in France for some reason, but not in the US, even though it was suppose to be released here it wasn't. But you can buy it here, and download in in WMA format. The site is in French though and the currency is different. You think this site allows people from other countries like the US to create an account and buy it? I'm not sure how the payment would work online though, or maybe it wouldn't work. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks, Here is link:

1 Euro is about 1,32 USD.

I'm not French speaking so can't guide you through to become a member, which is what you have to be to make use of their services. I do think it is possible for a overseas citizen buying songs from there using creditcard. Totally sure I am not.

Maybe a Canadian, Frenchman or French speaking person can help you further.

So if I can read the instructions, I should be able to pay for it even though I don't live in France you think?

If I pay for it with american dollars online, with it just convert the Euro cost to US dollars you think, and just charge for that? I'm thinking it would but not for sure.

Most creditcard companies will allow you to buy in euro's or whatever currency you need and then charge you the exchanged amount in your native currency.

No.

Back in the day I wanted to buy RDRAM only NewEgg had the 32-bit sticks. I handed out a person I trusted who lives in the US all my creditcard details.

When she wanted to place the order and have it shipped to her adress, Newegg gave notice it doesn't accept overseas creditcards. (VISA btw)
