Rarely in my work do I encounter somone who's intellect is so daunting that I have to post about it. Amidst the run of the mill idiots and inbred morons I deal with on a day to day basis one shining light exists and their massive brain power can be summed up by this one sentence:

"I can't get the RED out of my Printer, I've changed the BLUE cartridge but it's still not working, what can I do?"

I can rest easy knowing there still exist people like this in the world.
