Default S-Video - better cable worth the money?
I have the stock ATI s-video cable, now I always buy top quality cables for my music and rgb purposes.

My question, will I see a markable difference buying a good quality S-Video cable for my GPU to TV. My TV is old, but good and not widescreen btw!

The other way I could do it, would be to get a DVI to RGB, but not sure if that would work?

If it isn't a HDTV, buy an ATi VGA to RGB SCART lead (or make one yourself - there's nothing but a little soldering to it)

You'd need to use a Powerstrip profile to knock out a 15khz signal but belive me the picture is stunning (at least compared to shitty TV-Out)

Guides on making the cable and Powerstrip's profiles are around if you look.
