Default Torchwood Finale (spoilers)
Episode 12 "Captain Jack Harkness" wasn’t too bad, interesting idea, but it felt pretty weak compared to the other shows that have come. Also making the real Jack Harkness gay in the 1940s was a bit of a stretch, no matter how romantic the scene was. Nice to see Tosh being used more; she seems to get left behind in most episodes. I suppose its good in a way that they didnt give all of Jacks back history away as it means it can be open for future episodes.

Episode 13 "End of Days" was slightly better, however quite weak for a finale. They really should have linked the two episodes better, it seemed a little disjointed when watching. The acting, however, was pretty good, some touching scenes from them all the mian cast, Gwen especially.

The bad guy that was coming from the darkness was too weak and his arrival too short. He should have been there from at least two episodes, and it should have been a bigger battle to fight. It was defeated far too easily in my opinion.

What was nice was the continuity they keep over the two series. In the stairwell of the hall you can see Bad Wolf graffiti on the walls, small and insignificant to the episode on the whole, but a nice touch none the less!

Oh and kinky:
Well, Jack had said earlier on that he had a 'boyfriend' once.. and Ianto has just come out of a tricky cyborg relationship.. maybe Jack was helping him get over it with some kind of carefully timed bum action?
Seems like you were spot on, Owen blurted it out and Ianto and Jack certainly showed a lot of affection in the end!

Although where did Jack go in the end with the Doctor? They timed this rather well, as I heard Jack was going to be in Dr Who, but was wondering how they would do it with Torchwood.

I didnt notice the BADWOLF part, but is this also linking to the rumours that Billie will be returning - since BADWOLF was a link for Rose through time.

Anyone know if they're going to make another series?

That's good. I think I enjoyed it for the most part.

The disturbing thing with this show is that it's so bad (bad filming, terrible acting) yet still strangely interesting... I don't know what to think really...

I think the show is done remarkably well. It certainly looks better than Doctor Who.

Ive heard that Ianto is some sort of spy to keep an eye on Jack (although it seems like he is doing a lot more than keeping an eye on him ).
