Anyone Using VMWare ESX3 At Work?

Just wondering if anyone else uses it and what opinions people away from the VMWare forums.

Yea they want me to do the whole VCP thing but at the moment i just can not be doing with anymore training/exams.

How long you been using it, we started back on 2.0.1 or something like that. Are you using HA and DRS and how you finding it.
