Okay, so I got a letter from AARP today, you know, the 50 and up club that gets good benefits and car insurance etc., explaining to me that I haven't signed up for and benefits that I am fully eligible for.
The only problem is I'm 20 years old.. [rofl][rofl][rofl][rofl][rofl] |

Identity theft doesn't really involve your debit cards or bank accounts. Most of the time it's someone getting your SSN and taking out a new credit card in your name, running up the bill and leaving you the one to pay for it because it's in your name.
Best to go to http://www.freecreditreport.com/. And find out if there are any new accounts you don't know about being used. I go there once every 6 months or so to check things out. |
