Ruining what once were perfectly fine songs. The last thing I want to see is some crappy video editing of some crappy anime over some great music like Funker Vogt.

Too technical, cold and random. If it were good, it would have been an enticement to watch the anime/s used and listen to the song. This mess, however, is only good for triggering fits in autistic children.

Sure, it's easy to stereotype anime watchers but hey that's life. While there are those who watches doubtful materials, the same can be said to other forms of entertainment. I don't see people stereotype pornography watchers as people who loves scat, beastiality, SM and etc. But the moment someone says he/she watches anime, you can be damned sure those same arguments (hentai) go off over and over. Also, it doesn't help that animes are actually being targetted at young adults over in Japan as opposed to children perhaps the rest of the world.

On Topic: The AMV was so-so but I feel like the overall mood of it did somehow fit into the song but it was a mess somehow.

Actually, the intention was that we could discuss and present AMV's which worked.

AMV's where the video and music were linked, where their moods work and where there is noticeable effort in production. Ones which make you say wow, or ones which just look cool besides your favourite song or artist.

If you want to stereotype AMV's as all random clips of big titted 12 year olds with huge eyes with britney spears on backing vocals then please go ahead.

I'll think of you next time I watch an AMV that you wouldnt get.

Well, I think the one that Evil posted had some good editing. Which is mostly what the good AMV's are about.

If you wanna see crap download AMV Hell, it truly is some random clips that don't even flow with the music. I like the Hellsing Vater Unser AMV. Aluminum Studio's makes some excellent videos as well.

Anime is not a "cartoon" as the US and UK know it. Anime in Japan reaches a wide range of audiences, and can be targed towards kids, or towards adults.
