Whats dixons policy on headphones refunds? Ijust got ripped off by £17

Paid £40 on impulse but they are £23 online, would not mind but that is a massive amount [cursing]

shouldn't be any different from any other product, just say the sound quality isn't very good.

Picture quality excuse worked for me when I impulse bought a 7" portable dvd player, and then decided against it....

Your product must be complete and in 'as new' condition e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging. It must not have been used or installed. It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories you received with it. Pre-recorded videotapes, DVDs, CDs, minidisc, memory cards and software must still be sealed. Any 'Free Gifts' received with the product must also be returned. So you should be able to return it unless youve ripped open the package...

I remember once i bought an mp3 player from dixons, then in currys a week later it was £25 less... so i went back to dixons and they gave me the £25.

This was a long time ago though

Problem is, its 2 shops. Companies usually do not do the same with online retailers because they still have to pay the monkeys [rofl]

Sennheiser Cx300, bloody great phones I must admit. But yeah I shouldnt beat myself up, its one of those things
