Default Good audio book(s) to listen to?
I have a 50 minute drive to work and back every day and it's good to listen to audio books. I just finished the Hunger Games trilogy and need something new to listen to after the Easter break.

Overall I wasn't that impressed with the Hunger Games so don't really care for anything along the same lines. I would listen to Game of Thrones but as the TV series are so good, I feel like I don't want to (though maybe I'll read them once the series are finished).
I'm looking for something a bit fantasy like and nothing like a Jeffrey Deaver. Any suggestions?

i'd say wait, because it will still be a year till final is released, and that sucks for me, so it will for him if he finishes them before then. Though i spose at 1h40 a day, 5x a week, he might not finish them all in a year

I've read all of Harry Potter and World War Z. I read the first Dark Tower book but didn't really enjoy it so much - though perhaps I'll stick to it and get through the second.

The Road - thank you! that's certainly one I need to read.

The Road is really short, it's a single sitting book really.

The Dark Tower is in places very good and in others very bad. Worth a go though.

How about David Eddings? The Belgariad is a good way to start, then The Malloreon. I think I've seen them available as audio books, don't know where to find them though.

EDIT: Actually the audio book versions are available on Amazon.

EDIT 2: Also another series I'd like to recommend is R.A. Salvatore's books.
