This movie is definitely one of the hottest anticipated for 2012. Has anybody seen the 7 minute super-teaser for this film yet?

Yeah, it was in theaters at the end of the new MI - but of course its leaked online.

More excited about this to be honest. The cast alone is epic.

As for the Dark Knight... just saw Michelle Pfeiffer as catwoman yesterday. Michelle >>>>> Anne Hathaway to infinity.

And what on earth does that have to do with this forthcoming movie? Hathaway will have a better written script; even from the few lines delivered in the second trailer it is glaringly obvious.

The catwoman character isnt portrayed as a lunatic in the comics or the 90s animated series; but rather a "Grey villain" whom is ultimately self serving. Nolan will put a twist on this, of course; but from the movie you reference (and the arc to which it belongs) all of the characters are a bit goofy and weren't written seriously. Pfeiffer's catwoman was just a silly girl in a costume causing nuisance.

And yes that Batman Return movie makes me mad for how inane it was.

I watched this movie last Monday.

Anne Hathaway's role as the catwoman was really impressive, imo. Thought her interpretation would be very weak, but it was the opposite - I like it from the first scene. Very catching.

Anyone else watch it?

hell yeah i did, it was a lot going on even in 3 hours - its multiple rewatch worthy although I think i prefer the dark knight for it's dialogue and, of course; the Joker
