Default Should students who are under-achieving repeat the year?
There are so many students who studied well and get success, but on the same time there are many who don’t get success in first attempt is it good to repeat a year in that case or they quit their studies?

I don’t think so if you don’t get success in first attempt it doesn't mean you will not get it. On one end it looks you have not studied well but form another one it looks like you have studied all except those 20-30 question which was in question paper.

It’s good to repeat a year there is no harming in that it’s you life start and you must have courage to face defeat and get up with new energy to get success in future you learn who to fight which is important.

Agreed if you quit that means you not even tried again but if you tried again who knows you get much better results than expectations.
