I've got a Chrysler Sebring here with a measure bunch that's lit by way of a dimmable electroluminescent cell. I've examined the cell and the cluster's get a handle on table and I'm very sure that the inverter may be the issue. The gauge cluster will be only replaced by the dealer with a renewed design for $1000. Small high value for a part worth $10-15. They don't know anything concerning the components within the group or where you can get substitutes. I've been phoning wreckers if the same gauge cluster can be found by me from the same car and on occasion even an EL-illuminated cluster from still another, related car but number dice to see. Where I will obtain a suitable alternative inverter for electroluminescent shows does anybody know? Technology excess shops, digital elements marketers, auto-specific components vendors, an such like. Could anybody suggest an energetic car community or anything where I possibly could ask, if perhaps not?
