 ADVANTAGES broker costs? Am I screwed?
With the Postal Service you frequently may avoid spending anything more. With UPS you're guaranteed in full to at the very least pay some thing. I've purchased numerous expensive items which were delivered by USPS and paying nothing for responsibilities.
