Applying Office 2010 Home & Student for company?
 

I'm thinking about purchasing around 5 permits of the brand new edition of Office 2010 for a small company. The primary pc software utilized is Word, Excel and Powerpoint. House and Student edition includes the above mentioned and includes 3 computers in one single "home." Price approximately 80 per backup and so I would want 2 of those. Another choice is Business and Home that will be 1 permit per computer and would charge approximately 150 per duplicate would need 5 copies. So as you can observe there's a *massive* price difference. Can there be something legally wrong with applying "Home & Student" version for a Small Company when it addresses our needs?
