I hate Dial-a-Phone These arses say that the community (O2) didn't accept the new contract so they want the phone and all components back in seven days or they'll cost me 350, but O2 say they've had no demand from Dial-a-Con for a long contract, Dial-a-Con have taken 22.95 for the wireless headset out of my bank which they were designed to return 20.00, and sent me the contract for the new contract but now want the entire package back, I've gotten rid of my old phone as I've had the new one for a so if I deliver the new phone back I'll have no phone at all, I only called my bank and they informed me if Dial a want to take the 350 out of my bank there's nothing that can be done about any of it, certainly this is BS, how can Dial-a-Phone take something without my say so. I'm steaming at the second and made the mistake of contacting Dial-a-Con while completely vexed and showing them to place it up there arse they ain't getting something back until I get my money back and until I've gotten still another phone, now I'm pissed that they may get the 350 for the phone. It seems to me such as the phone trainer made an extremely significant **** up when offering the telephone to me and now they're wanting it straight back.
