Adsense disabled on Chat Site website?

Hi,
For 6 years, I have been using Adsense as our main income on my chat site, but recently Google have decided that chat sites, even when the code is placed on static pages, away from chat rooms, is not allowed. Our main income has been taken away from us over night. Worked damn hard for 6 years, invested a lot of money and now we are in a lot of problems because of Googles forever strict and pathetic policies.

If you are one of the people who have been affected by Googles banning of accounts, please read my blog, comment, vote and share it.

Thank you and I hope something will be done, spread the word and we may make a change!

So let me get this straight...Adsense was your main source of income on your web site. Google banned your site. So instead of spending your time to monetize your website to continue to receive income you create an anti-adsense web site? Who cares if you and a million other people don't like Adsense. Move on. There are way better ways to monetize.

If you were making decent money odds are there is a better method to make even more money. Adsense isn't the best source of income. A web site that makes $100 with adsense a month could be a web site that makes $1,000 a month with another source.

Any suggestions then?

Adsense is banning many type of site such as landing page, chat room site, and etc. You cant do anything to change the adsense policy. Since you have work out hard on it and getting genius traffic, it is the time for you to look for other source that able to generate good income

Nice to see you have started your own ad network BroadAds.. It's a big task you're setting yourself to, especially if you succeed in becoming known, then you'll have much work to do to protect your advertisers from the cheaters.

If you have made your website for just Adsense monetizing than you were wrong and you have wasted your 6 years for just adsense. Its better to do another work instead of earning just from adsense.

I have tried other affiliates, none of them work anywhere near as good as Adsense did. I think it is disgusting that Google allowed the site at the very beginning, let me work my balls off on it and then ban it from Adsense. Why cant they make their terms clear? Still says in their terms, "Adsense is not allowed within chat programmes" A chat programme is not a chat site! I always made sure that ads where not displayed in or around the chat rooms. All my Adsense was on static pages. They knew this from the start. I think what they have done is just send a robot to check the site, seen the word "chat room" and banned it. For a company of Googles size, surely they should have staff doing the work, or is Matt Cutts just getting fatter by the day!? Google = Monopoly = Greed

But they didn't ban your whole account, did they? PErhaps you can keep that chat site, put some other ads such as those who pay by CPM, have some common affiliate programs such as diet and chatting up girls, that kind of ebooks.. Since you have the chat site with adsense for 6 years, you know what kind of ads were displayed by adsense, so try to find affiliate programs related to that, or contact directly some advertizers which were regularly on your chat site for direct ad selling, etc..
But then you can also send traffic from your chat site to your other sites with a big banner.
It should be a site that is related to your audience on the chat site, so that you'll quickly acquire traffic to this new site.

It is part of the game I think, like in simcity when you have a natural catastrophic event which wipes out big part of your city. Or anything similar in a strategy game. Does it mean you're giving up? Or build something even better on the freed up space? up to you.
