The damp weather is bringing on the aches. It is reminding me of my age, and the thirteen motorbike accidents that I had when I was young. Dreaming of the South of France, sunshine and red wine at 60p a bottle. ( I never drink the really cheap stuff). Weather so hot that you have to go in the pool and socks are a distant memory.

Aching a bit after siting in Canterbury Cathedral for three hours for my daughters graduation from university. Never been more pleased to ache. A beautiful building, ditto organ and choir. Wonderful pageantry to go with it. Then lunch and champagne to celebrate. Good day? Oh yes

Was diagnosed with Arterial Fribulation about 4 years ago

Sorry I'm late to this... but I think you mean... Atrial Fibrillation(?!)

Anyway (as I'm sure your experience has shown) A-fib (as abbreviated my the medicos) can usually be managed.
