Default Depression relapse
Hi. Haven’t been on here for a while. I recovered from a depressive episode last year and I thought I was going to be happy forever.

I didn’t realise that over the past few months my symptoms had returned and that I was spiralling down. The saddens was masked by irritability and anger. I’ve damaged so many relationships with my friends and family.

Now I just feel ashamed and embarrassed. My doctor has prescribed me Effexor and I’m starting therapy again next month.

Has anyone experienced something similar, I always recognise the symptoms when it’s too late and when the damage has already been done.

Most people who have been through depression face relapse in the future, so do not worry too much about this topic. Your body is predisposed to such a state, to a deficiency in producing certain hormones.
It is much worse for patients who have bipolar personality disorder. The manic stage is replaced by depression, which is never in harmony. Some of my friends were helped by consultations from https://aztherapyquest.com/. Perhaps you should also conduct regular consultations with psychologists in addition to using medications.

If you feel trembling, heart palpitations or shortness of breath, cold hands, dizziness, nervousness and wild fatigue, then you need to consult a psychologist. These are signs of anxiety. Experts from australiacounselling.com.au can help with this feature. Unfortunately, I had a lot of anxiety. The psychologist helped me quickly get back to normal.
