Default Do i need a model/property release for...
Taking pictures of hawks and falcons (birds), I have been asked to do some flight and closeup shots for someone... Just wondering about release forms.

The land we will be flying on is his own

If the birds are privately owned, then yes, you need a property release. It might not hurt to get a property release for the land as well, just so purchasers know that there are no problems.

With the birds, how would i word it? Call them birds or models?

Property release is sorted, and can be incorporated into the same form

If the birds are owned, they would be property (simply because some one else must sign for them). I would label the property as birds though, so there is no ambiguity of what the property may be.
