Is someone coaching you with it, or are you just winging it and heard somewhere that this is true? I am saying that I can lift it at least once (which apparently some peopel can't). And of course I can lift it if I am doing low weight, I don't have th eproblem of putting too much weight on because I am doing low weight high reps. And yes, someone suggested that to me. JM |
