damn wild cat just came up to me and scratched me and its bleeding im afraid of rabbies since its so bad down here i imagine its just in there salive and bloood but cats are always licking them selfs

Tetanus shots up to date? besides the other potential infections, there's a virus that cats carry that can result in a scratch being potentially fatal, may be an idea to keep an eye on it. there's also cat scratch fever, which is usually just an irritation but that can also cause problems.
